Turkey Breast Ingredients:
-6lbs turkey breast
-1T paprika
-Sea salt to taste
-Black pepper, fresh cracked to taste
-1T juniper berries, chopped or smashed
Directions:
Use paper towel and pat dry your turkey
Rub paprika and salt into turkey, smear juniper berries on top of turkey
Place turkey into NuWave oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 360 degrees
Let turkey rest for at least 20 minutes
Remove turkey from oven, carve and enjoy

Stuffing Ingredients:
-3T butter, unsalted
-1 green apple, small dice
-1/2 Spanish onion, small dice
-1 shallot, thin slice
-2T sage, fresh leaves, rough chop
-3 sprigs rosemary, fresh, stems removed, rough chop
-2 celery stalks, small dice
-14oz bread of choice, 1/2-inch cubes
-2C Vegetable or chicken stock
-Sea salt
-Black pepper, fresh ground
Directions:
In a skillet melt your butter and add apples, onion, shallots, sage, rosemary and celery, cook until tender, season with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add your bread and the apple mixture and mix with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a 9×9 silicon baking pan pour your stuffing and bake in your NuWave Oven at a 360F for 45minutes.
Serve with your turkey.
