Recipe ingredients below….
White BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 Tbsp fresh cracked white pepper (I forgot to add it in the original recipe)
1/2 Tbsp Creole mustard or whole grain mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp horseradish
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Sandwich:
6-8 chicken tenders (seasoned to your liking)
2 Tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
2 large shallots sliced (seasoned with salt and pepper)
1 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (I used Colby jack and topped them with sliced provolone)
2 French bread subs
About 1/2 cup white BBQ sauce to add to chicken
Place under broil on high for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
