0.784 WEIGHT OF SALMON FRESH ,DRAINED,FLAKED
9 LEAVES SPRING ONION CHOPPED FINELY
3 STICK CELERY STRIMMED STALKS GRATED COARSELY (200G)
80 ML LEMON JUICE
1 PACK BREAD CRUMBS
TO MIX
4 EGG WHITE
4 TABLESPOON WATER
SALT, PEPPER, PAPRIKA TO TASTE
MIX ALL TOGETHER THE INGREDIENTS IN A BIG BATTER
Put in fridge for 30 minutes
preheat the oven 220°c to 200°c
cook patties , uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
