Authentic and EASY Peri Chicken anyone?
Because I go through phases where I want to avoid carbs, its really important to eat protiens that are not just kababs and tikka! I get so sick of it.
And is it REALLY healthy to keep ordering rotisserie chicken from restaurants ? Nooooo!
Not very economical either!
This recipe is easy, quick, you can store both the marinade and the peri dipping sauce for a while, and super affordable too!
I believe this recipe is even better and fresher than the original version!

Ingredients:
2 medium sized RED bell peppers
5 large garlic cloves
2 small onions
20 thai red chillies for hot
(15 for medium, 10 for Mild)
1 piece mace
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 to 2 tsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1 kg chicken boneless thighs
For dipping sauce:
2 tbsp coriander
1/2 a piece of lemon
2 tbsp water
Cast iron skillet to char grill. Plus some oil to grease it.

You can use this marinade for all kinds of meats just marinate it for as long as possible.
