닭가슴살 우유 카레 [기초 요리] Chicken Breast Milk Curry Easy Recipe

운동 중엔 닭가슴살이 최고! 그래서 닭가슴살과 우유로 카레를 만들었습니다.
원래 카레 만들 때 저는 카레 가루는 정량보다 많이 넣어서 진하게 먹는 편이에요.
제가 넣은 재료에서 카레는 반 정도만 넣으시고 우유도 양 조절해 주세요.
우유는 타기 쉬우니 재료를 충분히 다 볶음 다음 넣어주세요.
야채에 비하면 닭가슴살이 상대적으로 덜 들어갔으니
고기를 좋아하시는 분들은 두 배 정도 더 넣으셔도 됩니다.

재료: 3~4인분

카레 분말 180g
닭고기 200g (두 조각 정도)
우유 1L
감자 2개 (200g)
양파 1개 (200g)
당근 반 개 (200g)
파프리카 반 개 (100g)
후추 약간
식용유 약간

Chicken breast is the best one while working out! So I made curry with chicken breast and milk.
When I make curry, I usually put in more curry powder than the normal quantity and eat it thick. Please put about half of the curry powder and put in and adjust the amount of milk.
Milk is easy to burn, so please stir-fry the ingredients well enough and put milk in.
Chicken breasts are relatively less than vegetables, so if you like meat,you can add twice as much.

Ingredients: 3~4 servings
180g of curry powder
200g of chicken (about two slices)
1L of milk
2 potatoes (200g)
1 onion (200g)
half a carrot (200g)
half paprika (100g)
a bit of bell pepper
a bit of cooking oil
