I’m not a sweet potato lover but, I have to say, these air fryer sweet potato fries turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself.😊 The hardest part will be cutting the sweet potatoes– something like cutting into a thick carrot. So this is the time to break out your sharpest knife to make this process go easier and it’s all down hill after that, I promise. And if you usually go for the frozen bag of sweet potato fries. I suggest giving this recipe a try. I think you’ll be glad you did.
