This is the best chicken you will ever put in your mouth! It is the green sauce that makes it. We will use fresh ingredients such as jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and lime juice to dip the chicken. 3 Jalapenos
1 Cup Cilantro
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Juice of One Lime, (2 Tbls)
2 Tbls. White Wine Vinegar
1 Large Clove Garlic
1/2 t Sugar
Salt to Taste
1/4 – 1/2 Cup Safflower Oil

4 T Parmesan Cheese
