Weekend Eating

1. Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients
Beef – 1 kg
Oil – 5 tbsp
Bay Leave – 1
Hungarian Sweet Paprika – 2 tsp (Instead of this you can use Kashmiri chili powder or cayenne pepper)

Onion – 3 nos
Carrot – 3 nos
Red Chilli powder – 2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Capsicum – 3 nos
Tomato Puree – 1 cup (6 tomatoes)
(Instead of this you can use tomato juice or tomato sauce )
Garlic Cloves – 4 nos
Potatoes – 1 kg
Water or Beef Broth – 1 cup

2. Layered Salad
Ingredients
Salad Leaves – 200g
Apple – 1
Cooked meat – 150g
Sweet corn – 150g
Cheese – 100g
Pineapple – 1/2
Salad creme – 4 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Creme – 4 tbsp

3.Bayrish Creme
Ingredients
Gelatine – 9 sheets
Egg yolk – 4 nos
Sugar – 175 g
Whipping creme – 1/2 L
Milk – 1/2 L
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
