Ingredient and Direction:
½ kg cauliflower florets
Steam around 2 minutes
For the batter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup corn flower or rice flower
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Add cauliflower florets
Heat oil in a pan
Fry till it turns into a golden color
For the sauce
3 tbsp butter or oil
1 tbsp Minced garlic or garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp paprika or chili powder
1 ½ cup chili sauce (any kind hot sauce)
1 tbsp vinegar
