٣٠غ /١ملعقة كبيرة هرمية زبادي “روب، اللبن، خاثر، يوغورت”
٥غ /١ملعقة صغيرة خميرة فورية “خميرة الخبز”
٢٥٠ م / ١كوب ماء دافئ ” أقل او أكثر حسب نوع الدقيق”
الحشوة؛
٢ حبة وسط طماطم” بندورة، أوطة، مطيشة”
١حبة كبيرة بصل
١ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١ملعقة كبيرة نعناع مجفف
١ملعقة صغيرة كمون

the ingredients :
The dough;
500 g / 3 and three quarters of a cup of flour
20 g / 2 tbsp sugar
10 g / 1 teaspoon salt
15 g / 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
30 g / 1 tablespoon of yogurt pyramid
5 g / 1 teaspoon instant yeast
250 m / 1 cup warm water “less or more by type of flour”
filling;
2 medium tomatoes
1 big onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 teaspoon of cumin
130g / half cup of paprika free paste or cold as desired
50 g / quarter cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
