Grilled eggplant salad.
– eggplant
– bell pepper
– tomato
– lemon
– parsley or cilantro
you can add green onion will taste great, i did not add it cause my baby does not like it.
this salad great with BBQ or as a side dish you can serve it with a pita bread or chips.
