Солянка с колбасой, свежей капустой, паприкой.
Капуста свежая 1500 гр.
Колбаса 400 гр.
Морковь 120 гр.
Лук 180 гр.
Чеснок 3 зубчика.
Паприка молотая +/- 1 ч.л
Черный молотый перец +/- 1/3 ч.л.
Кориандр молотый +/- 1/3 ч.л.
Прованский травы +/- 1/3 ч.л.
Розмарин +/- 1,3 ч.л.
Свежий укроп 3-5 веточек (по вкусу).
Соль, приправы (по вкусу)
Растительное масло +/- 50 мл.
Лавровый лист (по вкусу).

Ground black pepper + / – 1/3 tsp.
Ground coriander + / – 1/3 tsp.
Provencal herbs +/- 1/3 tsp.
Rosemary + / – 1.3 tsp.
Fresh dill 3-5 twigs (to taste).
Salt, seasonings (to taste)
Vegetable oil + / – 50 ml.
Bay leaf (to taste).
