время приготовления 25 – 30 минут!
рецепт:
куриные бедрышки 5 шт
соль 1/2ч л, перец 1/2 ч л
смесь трав для курицы 1 ст л
чеснок 2 зубчика
йогурт 250 мл
оставить на 10 мин
в разогретую духовку 25 мин 180С
репчатый лук 2 шт
растительное масло 2 ст л
баклажан 1 шт
соль 1/2ч л, перец 1/2 ч л
чеснок 3 зубчика
кабачок 1 шт
помидоры 3 шт
сладкий перец 2 шт
перец ЧИЛИ 1 шт
свежая зелень (укроп, петрушка)1 пуч

cooking time 25 – 30 minutes!
recipe:
chicken thighs 5 pcs
salt 1/2 tsp, pepper 1/2 tsp
mixture of herbs for chicken 1 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
yogurt 250 ml
leave for 10 minutes
in a preheated oven for 25 minutes 180C
onions 2 pcs
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
eggplant 1 pc
salt 1/2 tsp, pepper 1/2 tsp
garlic 3 cloves
zucchini 1 pc
tomatoes 3 pcs
sweet pepper 2 pcs
chili pepper 1 pc
fresh herbs (dill, parsley) 1 bunch
Garzeit 25 – 30 Minuten!
Rezept:
Hähnchenschenkel 5 Stk
Salz 1/2 TL, Pfeffer 1/2 TL
Kräutermischung für Huhn 1 EL
Knoblauch 2 Nelken
Joghurt 250 ml
10 Minuten einwirken lassen
in einem vorgeheizten Ofen für 25 Minuten 180C
Zwiebeln 2 Stk
Pflanzenöl 2 EL
Aubergine 1 Stk
Salz 1/2 TL, Pfeffer 1/2 TL
Knoblauch 3 Nelken
Zucchini 1 Stck
Tomaten 3 Stk
Paprika 2 Stk
Chili Pfeffer 1 Stck
frische Kräuter (Dill, Petersilie) 1 Bund

tiempo de cocción 25 – 30 minutos!
receta:
muslos de pollo 5 piezas
sal 1/2 cucharadita, pimienta 1/2 cucharadita
mezcla de hierbas para pollo 1 cda
ajo 2 dientes
yogur 250 ml
dejar por 10 minutos
en un horno precalentado durante 25 minutos 180C
cebollas 2 piezas
aceite vegetal 2 cucharadas
berenjena 1 pieza
sal 1/2 cucharadita, pimienta 1/2 cucharadita
ajo 3 dientes
calabacín 1 pieza
tomates 3 piezas
pimiento dulce 2 piezas
ají 1 pieza
hierbas frescas (eneldo, perejil) 1 manojo
tempo di cottura 25-30 minuti!
ricetta:
cosce di pollo 5 pz
sale 1/2 cucchiaino, pepe 1/2 cucchiaino
miscela di erbe per pollo 1 cucchiaio
aglio 2 spicchi
yogurt 250 ml
lasciare per 10 minuti
in forno preriscaldato per 25 minuti 180C
cipolle 2 pz
olio vegetale 2 cucchiai
melanzane 1 pz
sale 1/2 cucchiaino, pepe 1/2 cucchiaino
aglio 3 spicchi
zucchine 1 pz
pomodori 3 pezzi
peperone dolce 2 pezzi
peperoncino 1 pz
erbe fresche (aneto, prezzemolo) 1 mazzetto
