HOW TO COOK KIMCHI
*Kimchi Bulgogi Sandwich
Ingredients: 3 croissants, 300g of beef, 200g of kimchi,
bulgogi sauce (3T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, ΒΌ of pear, 1/2 of onion, 6 slices of garlic,
1T of oligosaccharide),
stir-fried seasoning(butter (3cm), 1T of sugar, 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of sesame oil),
1/2 of onion, 2 mushrooms, 1/2 of carrots, 1 scallion,
pepper, olive oil, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes
Making Bulgogi Sauce
Put pear, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and oligosaccharide in a blender and blend.
Seasoned beef preparation
Wash the beef lightly with cold water and drain the blood. Marinate it with prepared sauce.(for 30 minutes)
Vegetables preparation
Chop onions, carrots, scallion, and mushrooms.
Making stir-fried kimchi
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry kimchi.
When the kimchi is cooked to some extent, add sugar, red pepper powder, and sesame oil and stir-fry.
Making Bulgogi
Sprinkle olive oil in a frying pan and add scallion and stir-fry.
Add carrots, onions, white mushrooms, seasoned beef, and fry until meat is cooked.
Making sandwich
Cut bread in half.
Put lettuce, cheese, tomato, bulgogi, and fried kimchi on top of the bread. Kimchi Bulgogi Sandwich is made!

*Kimchi stir-fried udon
Ingredients: 1 bag of udon noodles, 100g of kimchi, 5 shrimp, 1 squid, 1 scallion, 1 egg yolk, 1T of garlic, Β½ of piment, 2 white mushrooms, 1/2 of onion, 3T of oyster sauce, 1/2t of sugar, 1/2t of soy sauce, 1T of oil, 1/2t of salt.
Ingredients preparation
Cut the piment, mushrooms, onions, and scallions into bite-size pieces.
Cut the scored squid into the appropriate size.
Peel the shrimpβs outer skin.
Blanch the udon noodles in boiling water.
Cooldown the noodle in ice water.
Cut the kimchi into appropriate sizes.
After oiling the pan, add chopped scallions and garlic and stir-fry thoroughly.
Put in the prepared squid and shrimps and stir-fry it.
Add sugar, chicken stock, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and fry.
When the ingredients are cooked to a certain extent,
Add udon noodles and fry lightly.
Cover with egg yolk and sprouts and serve.

*Kimchi fried chicken
Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, 100g of kimchi, paprika (1/3 red, 1/3 blue, 1/3 yellow), 1/3 of onion, 2 pieces of butter (3cm), flour, eggs, breadcrumbs (oregano, chopped parsley, smoked paprika powder), 1T of minced garlic, 2T of oyster sauce, 1/2T of sugar, an adequate amount of salt and pepper
Make a cut in the middle of the chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper.
Making fried kimchi
After melting the butter in the frying pan,
add kimchi, onion, paprika, oyster sauce, sugar and stir-fry.
Sprinkle salt and pepper when the ingredients are cooked.
Making breadcrumbs
Add oregano, smoked paprika powder, chopped parsley, minced garlic to the breadcrumbs and mix.
Fill the chicken breast with fried kimchi.
Coat flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs on chicken breasts in order and deep-fry them in oil.
Cut the fried chicken into bite-size pieces and serve it with salad.
