You will make this recipe often | Fast and easy! Huge Chicken drumstick and Potato chicken nuggets!

How to:

Boil water
add laurel and oregano
add salt

Cook your Chicken drumstick
Remove when it’s cooked
keep the broth for other uses
boil potatoes
separate the flesh from the bones
Add the boiled potatoes

salt
cumin
pepper
paprika
harissa or chilli powder
egg

put the mixture around the bone

egg
breadcrumbs
cover with breadcrumbs
then eggs
cover 2nd time with breadcrumbs

fry

add more boiled potatoes to the rest of the chicken mix
pepper
salt
paprika
parsley + coriander
harissa or chilli powder
preserved lemon or lemon
cumin
cheese
egg
form balls
cover with breadcrumbs

fry

serve
