INGREDIENTS:
》12 Chicken thighs
》1 tbsp dry or fresh parsley
》2 tbsp paprika
》3 red onions (sliced) separated into halves
》4 cloves garlic and 10 cm ginger (crushed)
》3 1/2 tbsp Chicken seasoning
》1 lemon
》2 1/3 tbsp of dijon mustard
》10 black olives
》800 ml chicken broths (2 cubes)
》2 tsp salt + 3/4 tsp salt
》4 curry or bay leaves
DIRECTIONS:
》Mix mustard, 1/2 onions and 3/4 salt and set aside
》Mix Chicken, the other 1/2 onions, parsley, 2tsp salt, paprika, ginger, garlic, black pepper, chicken seasoning and chill for 1 or 2 hours.
》Fry chicken till golden on both sides
》Use the same oil
》Bring remaining onion in the oil, mix with the mustard onion and the curry or bay leaves and mix well.
》Bring the chicken and the remaining sauce.
》Squeeze the lemon and stir
》Let’s cook for 10 mins on medium low fire
》Add olives, stir and let simmer for 5 mins
