This is how I make my wings. They turn out really crispy and tasty. Hope you guys like my recipe.
Ingredients:
4 lb / 2 kg chicken wings, cut into wingettes and drumettes
Clean with 1/2 cup of lime juice, 1 cup vinegar, and 2 tsp of salt
RINSE CHICKEN WELL WITH WATER
SEASON CHICKEN WITH SEASONING
1 teaspoon black pepper
2-3 teaspoons of creole seasoning
3 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of rotisserie chicken
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 or 1 maggie cube
IN SEPARATE BOWL
2-3 teaspoons of baking powder NOT BAKING SODA for the flour mix
2 cups of flour in a bowl.
and can add seasoning. Half of what is on wings.
