INGREDIENTS:
2 pcs. medium eggplants
30ml. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium size white onion chopped
3 pcs. small red,green and orange bell peppers
300g ground pork
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
5 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. dried/fresh parsley
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup water
4 pcs. sliced cheese (optional)
Add Salt if needed to taste
*
Cheese
Dried oregano
Olive oil

*1st Cooking: Bake At 180•C for about 20minutes

*2nd Cooking: Back in the oven at 180•C for about 15minutes
