Hey everyone! Welcome to this weeks What’s For Dinner. This week I kept really basic and simple because I knew my boys had ball practice or games almost every afternoon, a few games run really late. This week I will be sharing real life dinners with yall. I hope yall enjoy!
On the Menu for today:
Tator Tot Casserole w/ green beans
Spaghetti and meatballs
Pizza (take out)
Chicken Wings w/ tator salad, deviled eggs and box mac and cheese
Breakfast for dinner (grits,eggs and sausage
Tator Tot Casserole Recipe:
1-2lbs ground beef (depends on family size)
2 cans cream of mushroom
Slice cheddar cheese
Tator Tots
Seasonings to taste
Brown and drain your ground beef, mix in your cream of mushroom. Season your beef however you prefer. Pour your cream of mushroom and ground beef mixture into a baking dish, top with slice cheese, cover with tator tots, season to taste.
Bake on 350 for 20mins or tator tots are done
My Tator Salad Recipe:
5-6 Potatoes
2 eggs
Mayo
Mustard
Dill Relish
Salt and Pepper
Boil and drain your potatoes, peel the eggs, mash your potatoes and eggs together, add in mayo, mustard, relish and salt and pepper. Mix well. We like to serve ours hot.
My Deviled Egg Recipe:
Eggs
Mayo
Mustard
Dill relish
Salt and pepper
Paprika (if i have some)
Boil your eggs until they are done, cut in half and scoop out the yolk part to a bowl, place the white part of the egg on a plate. To the yolks add a little mayo, mustard, relish, salt and pepper, mix well and the yolk mixture back in the egg. Sprinkle with paprika or pepper.
