– 2 Tbsp. butter
– 2 Tbsp. BBQ rub
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 1/4 C. ketchup
– 1 Tbsp each:
molasses
dijon mustard
apple cider vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp. each:
seasoned salt
garlic powder
onion powder
-S&P to taste

Risotto👇🏻
– 1 C. arborio rice
– 4 C. chicken broth
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– to taste:
S&P
onion powder
– 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
– 3 Tbsp. butter
– 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
– splash of white wine
