CHICKEN MUSHROOM LASAGNA / 550 kcal
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Mushroom 200 g
Salt
Black pepper
Shredded chicken 150 g
Spinach 1 bunch
Butter 50 g
Wheat flour 70 g
Milk 200 ml
Salt
Black pepper
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Lasagna sheets 6
Cheddar 100 g
Parmesan 100 g
BAKE
190°C / 375°F
25 minutes
PREPARATION
Fry the chopped onion with garlic, add the mushroom, season with the salt and black pepper.
Add the pre-cooked shredded chicken and cut spinach.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and add the wheat flour.
Pour the milk and mix until creamy, season with the salt, black pepper and cinnamon.
Spread the mix in the baking pan, add the lasagna sheets, a layer of chicken mix, cheddar and
parmesan.
Repeat the layers 3 times and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C / 375°F.

FISH AND GREEN BEANS WITH RICE / 230 kcal
INGREDIENTS
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Salt
Paprika
Black pepper
Thyme powder
Fish fillet 300 g
Green bean 200 g
BAKE
200°C / 400°F
30 minutes
Rice 200 g
PREPARATION
For the dressing mix the lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, paprika, black pepper and thyme
powder.
Spread in the baking pan, place the fish fillet and green beans, pour the dressing.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
