Recipe for lunch:
Ingredients: potatoes, veggies of your choice, salt, paprika powder, herbs (a provencial herb mix is great, or rosemary, garlic powder, thyme,..), firm tofu, soy sauce

1. Preheat oven to ~180°C.
2. Wash potatoes, dry them, cut them in quarters and mix with about half a teaspoon of salt, lots of paprika powder and herbs.
3. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put them in the oven.
4. Cut tofu into cubes and mix with herbs, paprika powder and soy sauce (about 2 tablespoons).
5. Wash veggies and cut them and mix them with salt and herbs.
6. Add the tofu and veggies to the potatoes on the baking sheet. The potatoes should have baked for 15 minutes already.
7. Bake for around thirty more minutes. Turn on the grill for the last couple of minutes.
8. Take the potatoes and veggies out of the oven and enjoy!
Baking times depend on size of potatoes and veggies!
