130g So Soja Greek Style – unsweetened
40g Almonds
60g Raspberries
40g Almond butter.

Tempeh Stir Fry-
150g Courgette noodles
30g Veggie Earth Vegan Green Pesto
100g Tempeh stir fried in 1 teaspoon smoked paprika and 1 clove crushed garlic.
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Olive oil.
