Compassionate Eating/Raw Vegan/Fruitarian/Lissatarian/Whatever!

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY β€’ OVER 6 YEARS RAW VEGAN

Breakfast: Lissa’s Chocolate Malt Smoothie
5 bananas
5 pitted medjool dates
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp vanilla extract
750ml water
Blend. Once blended, add 2 cups ice and pulse for 5 seconds.

Snack: Fresh Orange Juice and later 3 bananas

Lunch for 2: 3 heads romaine, heirloom tomatoes, cabbage, red onion, cucumber + Orange French dressing (Dates, orange juice, garlic, lemon juice, chia, acv, water) Full Recipe in Dips n’ Dressings

Dinner: Marinated mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions in Rawmen Sauce (Recipe in Meal Plan 2 or use coconut Aminos, lemon juice, spices, garlic, etc)
Marinara Sauce: Recipe in Dips n’ Dressings – dates, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, basil and tomatoes both fresh and sun-dried – but we also added jalapeΓ±o, onion powder and some other spices.
Added this sauce to the marinated veggies and put them on cucumber noodles!
