Breakfast – Shakshuka/menemen:
-2 peppers
-2mushrooms
-1/2 onion (optional)
-1/2 can of tinned tomato (3/4 fresh will also do!)
-paprika
-salt
-cayenne
-1 egg
Lunch- Acai/smoothie bowl: (serves2)
-2cups frozen blueberries
-1cup frozen raspberries
-1.5 frozen banana
-frozen mango (optional)
-1tbsp coconut yogurt
-1tbsp dried acai powder
-dash of milk (I used almond)
Dinner: Salmon
-paprika
-oregano
-cayenne
-mint
-salt
-bay leaves
-1/2 a lemon sliced
-1/2 lemon juiced
-onion
-garlic
let it sit for 1/2hrs.
