Hi everyone, I’m Natalie A. I am 29 years old. I am 5 ft 5. I had my first child in July 2019. I am currently following the slimming world plan. I have lost 31.5lbs (2 stone 3.5lbs) to date. I have lost most of this weight at home following an old slimming world book and the last 1/2 a stone by attending a SW group. I am currently a target member looking to now maintain my weight.
