This video shows you how to make a batch of my low point bacon jam, that we’ll be using in tomorrow’s recipe, my “Gastro Pub Burger”.
This recipes gives you the first 1/2 cup for 1 point, on all 3 plans.
It yields: 1.5 cups
Makes (6) 1/4 cup servings for 4 total points on all plans.

Ingredients:
• 4-1/2 slices of center cut bacon or turkey bacon. Regardless… use 4 points of ANY bacon you want.
• 1.5 cups fat free beef broth, divided.
• 3-4 cups sliced red onion (watch vid)
• 1/4 tsp each, salt and cracked black pepper.
• 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp sweetener o choice PLUS 1/4 tsp molasses… or, 1/2 tsp brown sugar substitute plus the extra 1/4 tsp molasses… live dangerously.
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1-2 Tbsp sugar free maple/pancake syrup, use 0 point amount. Scan your brand.

Directions… I don’t feel like typing them out lol. Either:
A.) watch the video, or
B.) the recipe is on pg. 20 of the following ad-free link:
