Lee and I went out for a nice lunch and did some driving to see some baby animals and feed the ducks and we thought we would take you along! Here’s the rough recipe that my sister gave me for the dinner I made (creamy paprika chicken with mushrooms and potato):
3 potatoes, diced and microwaved with a small amount of water for 5 mins.
Add to Pyrex dish, with 1 diced onion, 8 or so chopped mushroom cups, 5 chicken legs and then 350 ish ml of thickened cream, a tsp minced garlic… then season with pepper, salt, mixed herbs and lots of paprika.
Mix and cover with the cream. Then bake at 200C til the chicken is cooked 40-45mins.
NOTE – I used 600ml of cream but we like it saucy haha we also cooked rice to have with the leftovers
