Hi everyone, tonight I’m cooking a simple Filipino dish called Chicken Afritada. Please watch the whole video.

Here are the ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast, cut into serving pieces
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
1 pc carrot sliced into chunks
1 pc sweet potato sliced into chunks
1 big potato sliced into chunks
1 cup green peas
1pc chopped onion
5 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 Tablespoon ketchup
3 pcs dried Bay leaves
1/2 can tomato in can (2 Tablespoons tomato paste)

2 Tablespoons cooking wine (optional)
1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
Chilli flakes or fresh Chilli (optional)
