Hi guys!!!! I’m back with a new video all about how I healed my relationship with food PLUS I showed you what I ate throughout the day:)

Hope you enjoy! Make sure to like this video if you did!

Here are all the dEATS on everything I ate today.
Meal #1:
– bed of spinach
– basmati rice
– half a block of extra firm tofu
– 1/2 cup pinto beans

Method:
Tofu and pinto bean mixture:
– cut tofu into blocks. Heat stove and add about 2 tsp of coconut oil to a hot pan. Put tofu in the hot pan with about 1-2tbsp of soy sauce/tamari and let cook and brown. Add in 1/2 cup canned pinto beans + garlic powder and smoked paprika. Cook until everything is hot and delicious. Add in cooked basmati rice to heat, and add this mixture onto a bed of spinach. I added a dollop of hummus for good measure.

Snack:
– 2 buckwheat rice cakes + peanut butter + banana + dairy free chocolate chips + hemp hearts

Meal #2:
– beef stew over brown rice (mamma’s recipe)

Nightime:
– Lemon balm tea
