At HealthyMale we have shared our favorite boneless wings recipe! This is a healthy alternative to deep fried buffalo wings and perfect for watching your nutrition during football season.
The recipe makes about 4-5 servings!
Macros per serving: 289 Calories/ 13G Fat/ 5G Carb/ 44G Protein
Ingredients & Instructions:
2 lbs chicken breast (cut into wing size pieces)
1 cup buffalo sauce (we used franks red hot)
1 cup almond milk
1 whole egg
2 cup coconut or almond flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Spray avocado oil
1. Cut chicken into wing size pieces and set aside
2. Combine flour, cornstarch, and spices in a bowl
3. Combine whisked egg and almond milk in a bowl
4. Dip chicken into milk and egg mixture then into dry ingredient mixture two times. Repeat on all pieces
5. Heat pan on high and spray with oil
6. Cook chicken on one side, respray with more oil and flip until golden brown.
7. Remove chicken from pan and cover with buffalo sauce.
8. Place on a serving dish and enjoy!
