If you’re looking for a tasty way to enjoy some venison, this is it!

Venison Steak Sandwich
Slice 1-2 lb venison to round roast into 1-1.5″ slices. You can use backstrap as well.

Marinate in a plastic bag or bowl with
2-3 Tbs Olive oil
2-3 Tbs Worchestershire sauce
1/4-1/2 c Soya sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

If the liquid isn’t covering the amount of meat you have, be sure to increase each amount ensuring there is a good amount of liquid in the bag to cover and coat everything.

Once meat is totally covered with marinade, refrigerate for 30mins-24 hours, depending on desired flavor intensity.

Remove from fridge and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes to take the chill off.

Pat dry with a towel and place on a preheated 400-450° BBQ for 1.5-2 minutes per side.

Once cooked to desired consistency, remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes before assembling and enjoying.
