In this video we will see how to make vegetable Lasagna. This is actually made by my husband for the Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a late post though! Tender vegetables, a light tomato sauce, and lots of cheese make this the best vegetable lasagna recipe, ever. As i don’t like Ricotta cheese he skipped it. But you are most welcome to add the Ricotta cheese as well. Also you can add any vegetables of your choice to make this meal so perfect and delicious.

Ingredients:
Lasagna – 450 gms
Olive oil – 5 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Mozarella cheese – 4 cups
Parmesan cheese – 2 cups
Tomato sauce as needed
Salt as needed
Zuchhini – 2
Pumpkin – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1
Onion – 1
Garlic – 3 tbsp
Tomato – 1
Paprika – 1 tsp
Dried oregano leaves – 1 tsp
Parsley – 2 tbsp
