tofu (2. 1/2inch pieces of tofu)
Marinade:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp Nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. water
Some pepper
Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
2 fresh red peppers
about 5 Roma tomatoes
1 small-medium onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. veggie stock
1/4 c. soy milk
fresh basil
olive oil
