Mashed potatoes and gravy are a staple on the thanksgiving table. This mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes are perfect and so easy to make. Don’t worry! You can still eat good for thanksgiving. If you try this recipe, please let me know how it turned out for you!

Ingredients:
Potatoes:
5 medium Potatoes
1 cup of non-dairy milk
¼ cup of melted vegan butter
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder (all to taste)
Chives
Mushroom Gravy:
1 red onion
3 garlic cloves
Chopped mushrooms
2 cups of vegetable broth
¼ cup of flour (4 tablespoons)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Paprika (all to taste)
