This recipe works well for tostada, taco, taco salad, and other recipes where burger would be used. Maybe mixed with macaroni with our vegan cheese or a casserole or lasagna. Here are the ingredients:
1 C. raw walnuts
4 C. water
2 C. cracked whole grain wheat (or other grain if gluten sensitive)
1/2 C. onion flakes
1 t. garlic powder
1- 1/1/2 t. salt (to taste)
2 T. Hungarian (mild) paprika
2 t. cumin
1 t. dry oregano
3 T. dry parsley
