In this video, you’ll find, a few recipes from the food I made in our last vlog ‘What we eat in a 5 day week’.

Tacos:
Meat alternative:
* 1 Onion
* 2 Garlic cloves
* 1tbsp Paprika
* 300g Mushrooms
* 400g (or 1 tin) Mixed beans
* Salt and pepper to taste.
Guacamole:
* 2 Avocado’s
* 2tbsp Lime juice
* Bunch of coriander
* Himalayan salt to taste
Sour cream:
* 1.5c Raw sunflower seeds
* 1c water
* 2tbsp Apple cider vinegar
* 4tbsp lemon juice
* 1tbsp salt (to taste)
Salad:
* 2 Beef tomatoes (chopped small)
* 1 Small onion (chopped small)
* 1/2 Cucumber (chopped small)
Serve with cos or gem lettuce.
Cauliflower Wings:
* 1 Small cauliflower
* 1c Oats
* 1tbsp Paprika
* 1tsp Himalayan salt
* 3/4c Milk
* 1/2c Bbq sauce
* 2-3tbsp Plantbased butter (optional)
Raw Sushi:
* Nori sheets
* Salad of choice
* Coriander
* Cucumber
* Red onion
* Red bell pepper
* Avocado
* Sesame seeds
* Lime
Serve with coconut amnios
