This one turned out pretty great! I’m sure a lot of you like to spice up your dishes and this is the perfect thing for you!
ingredients:
1 lb . red potatoes
2 bell peppers
1 medium white onion
4 cloves garlic
1 anaheim pepper
8 tsp . Yellow Curry Powder
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp . Smoked Paprika
(I used hot hungarian)
2 10 oz . cans diced tomatoes
& green chiles
1- 15 oz . Can Pinto Beans
1- 15 oz . can ranch style black beans
2 bay leaves
salt & pepper
1 lime, + additional for garnish
tortilla strips
