They are only appetizers because moroccans need a lot of side dishes. In all honesty, eat any of these with bread or rice and you are a happy person. No need of a main dish !!! Plenty of spices and aromas. Colourful and fragrant side dishes !!!

Carrots with Harissa:

This recipe requires: 50 min (Not including cooling time)

Boiled Carrots: 400g / 14 oz
Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp
Sea Salt: 1 tsp
Pepper: 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Tomato Paste: 37g / 2.5 Tbsp
Harissa: 1 tsp (More if you are an addict)
Parsley: 1 Tbsp
White Vinegar: 2 Tbsp

A Chiffonade Of Parsley

Potatoes with Preserved Lemons:

This recipe requires: 1h (Not including cooling time)

Boiled Potatoes: 500g / 17.5 oz
Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp
Preserved Lemon: 1/2 (Chopped roughly)
Sea Salt: 1/4 tsp
Coriander: 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 1 tsp

Juice of 1/4 a quarter of lemon
A Chiffonade Of Parsley

Spinach with Olives:

This recipe requires: 1h (Not including cooling time)

Baby Spinach: 300g / 10.6 oz
Garlic: 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp
Parsley: 2 Tbsp
Cilantro: 2 Tbsp
Preserved Lemon: 1/2 (Chopped roughly)
Sea Salt: 1/4 tsp
Peper: 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1 tsp
Green Olives: 14 (Chopped roughly)

4 Lemons Slices (Halves)
5 Olives
