The most simple and delicious vegan meal you could ever wish to make, using vegan cheese that actually tastes amazing too!
INGREDIENTS:
Green Vie Mozzarella
Applewood Smoked Cheese
Sundried tomatoes
Thai basil
Oatly Creme Fraiche
Oatly Barista milk
vegan vegetable stock cube
Wicked Healthy sage and onion seasoning
Smoked Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Pasta of your choice
Grate the cheese together and mix in the different seasonings.
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Make a “custard” with the oatly milk and creme fraiche.
Boil your pasta, and then layer all ingredients before putting it into the oven at 180deg C for about 30mins, or until you get a nice crispy topping.
Serve and enjoy.
It is that simple.
