Welcome back to my channel!

This recipe is a little different than it should be because I had surgery and forgot a few ingredients. I will be doing an updated version of this recipe in the future so stay tuned!

Ingredients

Vegan chicken
1-2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder/onion powder
1 tsp of fresh ginger or 1-2 tbsp of ground ginger
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp allspice
4-5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 bunch of green onions
1/2 large yellow onion
3 sm-med potatoes
2 carrots
1-2 scotch bonnet peppers
3-4 fresh thyme springs
4- 4 1/2 cups of water
