Today I tried to make healthy meatless option snacks that taste like chicken!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp crushed chilli
4 cloves garlic grated
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dark soy or liquid aminos
3/4 cup vegetable broth
freshly ground pepper
salt to taste
bread crumbs
panko bread crumbs
1 can jackfruit
1 bay leaf
2-3 cup of water for boiling jackfruit
1/4 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
3-4 tbsp oil
