Been a WHILE…
Here are the ingredients for the avocado sauce:
Start with:
1/2 cup peas
~500g Spaghetti
Sauce:
2 avocados
1 cup fresh basil or 2-3 tablespoons basil paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt/pepper/paprika to taste (I used about a teaspoon of each)
1/4 cup leeks
Add a dash of water and blend!
