Ingredients:
For the tart:
• Maida – 300 grams
• Salted Butter (Softened)- 200 grams
• Powdered or Castor Sugar- 100 grams
• Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
*To make Chocolate Tart please use 280gm Maida and 20gm Cocoa powder, no extra sugar to be added*
For the Dark chocolate ganache:
• Dark chocolate- 350 grams
• Fresh Cream- 175ml
Garnish it with fresh fruits, chocolates, macaroons.
You can use the same dough for cookies and pies. Store the extra dough in the freezer for a month wrapped with cling sheet.
