Using an Enamel Pot to make Hungarian Goulash for the first time.
Besides the choice of Beef I used it tasted really good.

Ingredients:
700 grams beef – Much larger pieces that I used
1/4 cup flour
3 medium onions – diced
3 cups beef stock or broth
2 large peppers – chopped
2 tomatoes – chopped
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds
5 cloves garlic – diced
5 tablespoons Paprika or Hungarian paprika
2 large bay leaves
2 potatoes – cubes
salt and pepper – to taste

Extra’s I left out:
Carrots
Parsley
