This is so delicious and aromatic and so easy to prepare. All you need to do is cut the chicken in tikka size pieces and marinated in tikka masala paste, which I also show in this video how to prepared from scratch, using all fresh ingredients. Serve with rice or warm naan bread.
Ingredients:
Tikka masala paste ingredients:
Yogurt ——– 2 tbsp
Paprika powder ——- 1 tsp
Chili powder —– 1/4 tsp (I used 1/4 because this Chili powder is quite hot)
Cumin powder — 1 tsp
Garam masala —— 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder —— 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder ——- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste —— 1 tsp
Sea salt ———————— 1 tbsp
Juice of fresh lime ——– 1
Cooking oil ——————— 1 tbsp
Other ingredients:
Boneless Chicken pieces ———– 700 g
Chopped Onions —————— 2 medium size / 1 large size
Tomato puree —————- 1 tsp (mixed in 1/2 cup of hot water)
Heavy cream —————- 2 tbsp (mixed in 1/4 cup of hot water)
