How to make Turkish kebab. A Step by Step Quick and Easy Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp Oil for Grilling
1 Kg Ground Beef (Or Lamb/Mutton) with Fat
2 Tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Sumac (or Anar Dana Powder)
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt (or To Taste)
Skewers for Grilling (Soaked in Water for 15 Minutes)
2 Green Chilies
1 Lemon
2 Onions
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Mint
