[RECIPE BELOW] Tuna Avocado Bake.

I know this is one of those recipes that doesn’t look good BUT this recipe is not only incredibly easy to make but it’s very tasty! It reminded me of the tuna pasta bake my mum used to make- just without pasta and with avocado instead!

| The Recipe |

INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 medium Avocados, cubed
– 1 Can of Tuna (approx 150g)
– 28g Onion, diced
– 35g Pickles, diced
– 45g Red Bell Pepper (finely diced)
– 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
– 60g Mayonnaise (I used this recipe: https://youtu.be/qjECOfPJxlk)
– 56g Cheddar Cheese, shredded

METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f. Prepare a small-medium casserole dish.
2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients BUT only half of the cheese and mix well.
3. Put your mixture in the prepared casserole dish and spread as evenly as possible. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
4. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melting and bubbly. Enjoy!
