Testing out these healthy TikTok snacks and recipes was so much fun! We loved the Twix bar and the pizza bagel so much, and can’t wait to experiment more with the healthy baked donut recipe! What TikTok recipes should we try out next?!
✨CAULIFLOWER WINGS by @gabydimova
-1 cauliflower cut into florets
-3/4 cup flour
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 cup dairy free milk
-1 cup Buffalo or wing sauce
Mix all ingredients except the wing sauce to create the breading then dip the cauliflower into the mixture piece by piece and place them onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Once they come out of the oven, coat each one in Buffalo sauce or sauce of choice, then bake again for another 20 minutes.

“Cookie layer: 2 cups of oat or almond flour, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon water.
Caramel layer: 5-6 large pitted dates soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, 2 tablespoons of reserved date water, 1-2 tablespoons nut butter &blend
Chocolate layer: half a bag of chocolate chips or more, 1 tablespoon coconut oil and melt! Freeze in the freezer for 20 minutes and enjoy!” -@Coriraefit
Serve with ranch or blue cheese!

-1 bagel
-2 to 3 Tbsp hummus
-handful of cherry tomatoes
-1 tsp minced garlic
-basil leaves for garnish
Toast your bagel. cook your cherry tomatoes on medium heat until they are soft and start to burst. Add in a tsp of garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Top your bagel with hummus then add the cooked cherry tomatoes, finish with basil!

Hey y’all, I’m Lauren!👋🏼 I started WW in September 2016 and lost over 60 pounds, in February 2020 I decided to quit WW and focus more on Whole Foods, nutrients and good ingredients! It will definitely be balanced with the occasional taco bell…lol! I started working with a Registered Dietitian in April 2020 and have been reverse dieting since then in order to raise the calories I eat in a day while maintaining weight. In a few months I will cut down a little on calories to lose the last few pounds from there!
