5 do 10 suvih paprika
1 praziluk
vinsko sirće
so i ulje
Kako se u Leskovcu sprema trljana salata čiji je drugi naziv Trljanica,veoma jednostavno i brzo,a može biti i ljuta i slatka zavisi kako više volite ako volite ljuto stavite ljutu papriku.
Odlična je za slavlja i veselja bilo da je posno ili mrsno odličan dodatak jelima.
